Today the kids had AIMS testing and therefore were only in classes 1, 2 and 3 today. We will still be re-taking and making up the test on Thursday. Health article still due on Friday.

Today the kids had their first experience reading in Triads. It seemed to go pretty well, I will however separate some groups to ensure that they are actually on point tomorrow. They will have a health article due this Friday. Re-takes and make-up for Wednesday's test will probably be on Thursday (giving the kids a break because of the AIMS schedule). The graded tests were passed back and newer grades posted. I still have to input the vocab that was due on Wednesday. Welcome back Trojans!

Today the students had a test on Mental Health. Vocab is due tomorrow.

Journal entry: If you could have a package delivered to you at this moment, what would be in it and who would it be from?

Wednesday's vocab is assigned: APPETITE, CARBOHYDRATE, NUTRIENT, DIVERSITY, ESSENTIAL, OSTEOPOROSIS, GLUCOSE, CONSTIPATION, SATURATED, HEREDITARY- words are to be defined and used in sentences and are due on WEDNESDAY NOT FRIDAY!!! NO SCHOOL ON FRIDAY!

Today the kids had a trivia. The papers were all passed back, passes given out, and new grades posted. This was all done after the health articles were presented.

Today the kids watched the video on Dick and Rick Hoyt and responded to the journal entry on the same story. The health article is due tomorrow. Grades will hopefully be posted by Friday.

Today the students had a trivia question. They turned in their vocab and had a pop quiz over those vocab words. They then began working on Chapter 7 Chapter review #'s 1-12, writing out or paraphrasing each question for full credit.
